The school will take place on the premises of the University of California Berkeley in the Summer Conferences facilities of the university. All activities related to the school will be held at this site (student accommodation, board, tutorials).

The classroom facilities are in the same building in the Ida Sproul Main Lounge. A school welcome desk will be available at the entrance of the classroom on Monday, July, 20.
- To check in on Sunday, July, 19: The Unit 3 Front Desk is centrally located in the lower level below the Cafe 3 (dining commons). The front desk staff can be reached at (510) 642-5931, and the office hours are from 7:00am to 11:00pm daily. If guests arrive after front desk hours, instructions posted outside each residence hall building will refer them to check-in assistance.
- To check out on Saturday, July, 25: Guests will need to close their room doors (doors lock automatically) and return their keys to the Front Desk by 12:00 noon. A non-refundable fee will be charged for any keys not returned.
